Carolina Coliseum - University of South Carolina - Columbia, The Carolina Coliseum is a 12,401 seat multi-purpose arena in Columbia, South Carolina. It was the home of the University of South Carolina men's and women's basketball teams and Columbia's main events venue until 2002, when the Colonial Center, now Colonial Life Arena, opened. It was home to the Columbia Inferno of the ECHL until poor ticket sales caused the Inferno to leave the Coliseum.

Colonial Life Arena - University of South Carolina - Columbia, The Colonial Life Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Columbia, South Carolina, primarily home to the University of South Carolina men's and women's basketball teams. Opened as a replacement for the Carolina Coliseum with the name Carolina Center in 2002, the 18,000 seat arena is also host to various events like conferences, concerts, and graduation ceremonies throughout the year. It is the largest arena in the state of South Carolina and the tenth largest college arena.

Columbia Museum of Art - Columbia, The Columbia Museum of Art in Columbia, South Carolina has a collection of European and American fine and decorative art that spans several centuries. The museum building was transformed from an urban department store into a light-filled space with 25 galleries.

Congaree National Park - Chesnee, Congaree National Park preserves the largest tract of old growth bottomland hardwood forest left in the US. Located in South Carolina, the 22,000 acre national park received that designation in 2003 as the culmination of a grassroots campaign which had started in 1969. The lush trees growing in this floodplain forest are some of the tallest in the Eastern U.S., forming one of the highest natural canopies remaining in the world.

EdVenture - Columbia, EdVenture is the largest children's museum in the Southeast, located in Columbia, South Carolina. EdVenture opened to the public in 2003. It has 8 galleries covering 67,000 square feet, plus hands-on exhibits, 2 resource centers, and a 200-seat theater. 40,000 square feet of the total 67,000 square feet is devoted to exhibit galleries, laboratories and visitor amenities. An additional 7,000 square feet of outdoor gallery space is located just outside the museum's front door.

Hampton-Preston House - Columbia, The Hampton-Preston House located at 1615 Blanding Street in Columbia, South Carolina, is an historic mansion that was the home of members of the prominent Hampton family. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on July 29, 1969.

Hickory Ridge Golf Club - Columbia, The Hickory Ridge Golf Club is a 9 hole public golf course in Richland County South Carolina. Built in 1930, this Columbia course is open all year. Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site - Camden, The Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site in Camden, South Carolina preserves structures and grounds that are representative of the Southern theater of the American Revolutionary War. Managed by a consortium of private donors and local governments, the area is also an affiliated unit of the National Park Service.
