North Dakota is rated as the most affordable place for a vacation. If you like outdoor activities and being in nature, there is plenty to do here such as biking, boating, camping kayaking, and even birding as North Dakota is in the middle of the Central Flyway during the spring migration season. North Dakota is also a great place for archeology and paleontology where one can explore fossil bearing sites dating back as far as 73,000 million years. There are several State Parks to be explored with plenty of wildlife and wonder where even the buffalo still roams!
